Construction Plant Services was set up in August 2005 by Declan and Donna McGowan. We are a family run business that started from humble beginnings – with just one mobile workshop. We would travel from job to job repairing & maintaining plant & machinery in the construction, quarry and agri sectors.

We worked hard through tough times here in Ireland to build out workshop in 2012. We’re ideally located only 2 miles from the main N15 Donegal / Sligo Road in Ballyshannon. We have since grown our business to have 2 fully equipped mobile workshops and employ a team of 6.

We have a team of 5 mechanics along side an office administrator and my wife Donna is also involved in the running of the business. I am passionate about solving mechanical problems and it seems that we are building a reputation for ourselves. We like the challenge of fixing machinery and will often be able to make a diagnosis within a short period of time. We use the latest diagnostic equipment, invest in training so that we keep up to date with any changes in plant machinery and have specialists within our team to address particular problems that might occur for companies with plant.

Many of our customers have contacted us because we have been recommended. We have a strong reputation in the South Donegal, Leitrim and North Sligo area. We are very committed to giving our customers great cost effective maintenance and repair services.

Since 2017 we have also been dealing in plant, sourcing and supplying diggers, teleporters, dumpers and other plant machinery customers might ask for.
